The two Mortoriotto islets lie north of the larger island of Mortorio.

The dive site develops around the outermost islet and, when currents are not too strong, it is possible to circumnavigate it completely.

In the deepest section, at around 30–35 m, large schools of white seabream can be seen swimming among the beautiful red gorgonians that characterise the site.

Dusky groupers are also common and shelter in the numerous holes and rocky crevices.

One unusual feature of the dive is the presence of two cars resting on the sandy seabed at approximately 40 m north of the island.
