The SSI Freediver Level 1 course is your first internationally recognized freediving certification. You will learn breathing and relaxation techniques, equalization, freediving physiology, dive planning, and essential safety and rescue skills. Upon successful completion, you will be certified to freedive with a buddy in open water to a maximum depth of 20 meters according to SSI standards.
