The SSI Basic Freediver program is the perfect introduction to freediving. You will learn the fundamentals of breathing, relaxation, equalization and safety procedures. Practical training takes place in confined water or shallow open water, with a maximum depth of 5 meters. This program is ideal for anyone who wants to experience freediving before committing to a full certification course.
